It is hard to see how high earners paying a 45% rate while elite earners, who make more than them, pay a 40% is in anyway fair. This budget would put both brackets at 40% and would also lower the tax rate for medium earners from 35% to 25% as requested by popular demand of the people of Azonia. This amounts to almost $25 billion in tax cuts, yet we are still able to maintain a surplus by cutting corporate welfare (misnamed as "business support" in the budget) down to levels comparable with other nations of the world. No other area of spending is touched. All this would do is reduce taxes to much fairer levels and reduce the number of checks we send to corporations every year.
