Working Time Adjustment Act of 2013
Rationale
Working people in this country are both capable of, and will financial benefit from working 40 hours per week. This will also bring a tangible boost to the economy. Furthermore, with improving healthcare standards, people are able to work for longer, so raising the retirement age is now logical.
