Rationale

We will ensure a brighter future for every Avalonian child. The state can give 16 year olds the OPTION to contribute to the economy and/or attend anthem classes. We will also make punishment harsher for murderers and those accused of the most horrific crimes towards children e.g abuse, pedophilia.
