Constitutional Monarchy Establishment Act: Avalon needs a Head of State, but our Head of State should be impartial and separate from the politics of Avalon. Avalon is an ancient country that has a deep history with a Monarch, we should restore the Royal Family but clear that their role is constitutional, with no actionable political power.
