This treaty will increase health and safety in both countries, minimizing risks, allowing the two countries to effortlessly communicate epidemics and disease information, while guaranteeing essential laws.

- Human trials banned; only drugs approved abroad may be imported
- Long trials, independent review and post-market surveillance
- Standard phased trials and regulator approval

Food Safety Regulation must be one of:
- Regular risk-based inspection and mandatory recalls
- Strict standards, unannounced inspections and published hygiene ratings
- Zero-tolerance enforcement: licence revoked on the first serious breach

Public Health & Nutrition must be one of:
- Bans on junk-food ads, mandatory reformulation
- Labelling and ad limits for children
