Cut income tax for high earners

Issued by the voters of Rheinland on Feb. 1, 2020.

Twenty-eight percent is highway robbery—hardworking Rhénlanders who’ve climbed the ladder shouldn’t be punished for getting ahead, and fourteen percent is still more than enough to fill the coffers. If we want the best and brightest to stay here instead of fleeing to the hills, the government needs to stop treating success like a crime and slash the top rate down to fifteen percent, full stop.
