Raise arts, culture & media spending

Issued by the voters of Rheinland on March 1, 2021.

Thirty-five-five per person is a pittance for arts, culture, and media—we deserve better. Half more, five-thirty per person, is the bare minimum to keep our heritage alive and our voices heard. No more excuses, no more nickel-and-diming: pay up and stop pretending this isn’t worth our money.

The numbers behind the demand
