Fifteen percent is way too much to take from people barely scraping by—that’s just plain robbery when they’re already working themselves to the bone. Ten percent is fair, it’s decent, and it’s what the lowest earners deserve after busting their backs for scraps. Anything more is just the government taking what little they have left.
