Ten percent on the lowest incomes is highway robbery when people are struggling just to put food on the table—it’s only fair to slash it to five so the working poor keep more of what they earn. Ten percent is too much to take from those who can least afford it, and that’s a plain injustice we won’t tolerate any longer.
