Raise infrastructure & transport spending

Twenty dollars a day per person isn’t enough to keep the streets safe, the trains running, or the pipes from bursting—so we’re doubling it to forty dollars flat. The people have spoken: four thousand one hundred bucks a year per head is the bare minimum, and anyone who says otherwise is holding us back.
