Cut income tax for low earners

Twenty-two percent is just highway robbery for people barely scraping by—someone on the lowest rung shouldn’t be handing over more than a fifth of what little they earn. Fifteen percent is fair, plain and simple, and if the government won’t do it, then they’re just lining the pockets of the already comfortable while the rest of us drown in bills.
