Cut income tax for low earners

Twenty-five percent is robbery when our peers are only charging seventeen percent—how can anyone think it’s fair to take a quarter of what a struggling family makes when they can barely keep the lights on? We’re not asking for handouts, just a basic level of fairness: bring this tax down to twenty percent so the lowest earners aren’t being crushed while those at the top get off scot-free.
