Thirty-eighty five dollars a person just isn’t enough to keep Belvaria safe—that’s daylight robbery if you ask me. We’re putting up half the cash ourselves while the streets get rougher, so it’s time to triple that spending to twelve hundred dollars per head. Justice isn’t a luxury, it’s what we pay taxes for and what we’re demanding now.
