Two hundred and twenty dollars a year per person is a joke when it comes to protecting this country’s air, water, and future—we deserve better than half-measures and empty promises. The environment isn’t some luxury we can put off until later, so double it to four-forty per person, now, and make the polluters pay their share instead of leaving the rest of us holding the bill.
