The head of government or the monarch can call a year-long convention. While it sits, the amendment cooldown is suspended and no package costs more than 75 PP to open.

Name of the State

The official name of the state shall be the Republic of Wëlstere, known commonly as Wëlstere. ✏️ 🔒 common name
Constitutional Changes
Art. II
This Constitution may be amended only by a supermajority vote of greater than two thirds of all seats of the Federal Chamber . No amendment shall take effect within 2 years of any previous amendment, nor may any amendment be proposed while another remains under debate.✏️

The right to vote shall belong to every adult resident: universal adult suffrage. ✏️
Elected Offices
Art. IV
The President of the Republic🔒 shall be directly elected by the people every 16 months. The candidate with the most votes wins. The Federal Chamber may call a vote of no confidence in the President of the Republic, requiring 75% of those voting to pass. Monarchy

The Supreme Court
Art. VI
The Supreme Court of Wëlstere shall be the final arbiter of the law of Wëlstere. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Wëlstere, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal. 🔒
