Rationale

We believe Internet is not a place to chain with strict regulations. We believe regulations only to sites that are found dangerous will do it for us. Also Data rights are a core pillar of Human Rights for us so Basic protections for privacy is not something we are proud to see for our Velinor.

Proposed Changes

1

Data Privacy & Digital Rights
Previous law
Basic data protection (consent required; breach notification; opt-out rights)
Strict data rights (right to deletion; algorithmic transparency; heavy fines for violations)

2

Internet Freedom
Previous law
Moderate regulation (illegal content removed; platforms must verify age; data rules enforced)
Light-touch regulation (net neutrality; limited takedown orders for serious crime only)
