Immigrants' Rights Act of 2010
Rationale
The people wishing to live in our great nation as citizens should not have to wait an egregious 5 years. By slashing it in half we'll still ensure that they don't mean to do harm while being able to admit them quicker. These people improve our society and must be treated as such.
