Amendments

Add an amendment: “[I] No political party may be regulated by any single political entity apart …”
[I] No political party may be regulated by any single political entity apart from non-partisan civil bureaucrats, who have the authority to regulate political parties according to the relevant laws. [II] Being the Head of the Police, the Home Secretary must have the approval of the Prime Minister before being allowed to suspend individuals from participating in political life. Failing to do so, the Prime Minister may (a) Suspend the Home Secretary indefinitely and appoint a new person to fill their place (b) Move to the Supreme Court to ensure that the person may not occupy that position again. [III] An Independent Corruption Bureau (ICB) free from partisans must be kept open at all times so that citizens of Thornreach may avail it at all times for all government officials, including members of parliament. Under no circumstances shall this bureau be closed. The powers of the bureau and the citizens are described as follows: (a) Once a citizen makes a complaint, an ombudsman is hired to the case. They must observe the complaint and take the appropriate action. (b) In case many citizens (such as 20+) complaint against the same bureaucrat, the ICB may assign a task force to deal with this case and club the case to allow easier management of the cases. (c) In case a citizen intentionally filed a case against a bureaucrat, for any reason, they may face charges as applicable by the ICB, which may include but not limited to jail time, heavy penalties and so on. (d) Citizens may appeal their cases upto 3 times. (e) A member of the government may not appeal their alleged corruption discovery if found while they were working through the same mechanism as that of the other citizens. A separate mechanism has been provided for the same, although still handled by the ICB. [IV[ Political Parties must regularly submit the required documentation to the ICB, failing which they can authorize political bureaucrats to take action against them.
Add an amendment: “This amendment will hereby be also referred to as the "Citizenship of Thornre…”

This Amendment shall also use the terms "citizen" and "resident", with the former meaning a citizen of Thornreach and the latter meaning a person who is currently residing in Thornreach, whether temporary or permanent. [I] Citizenships of all people in Thornreach will be classified based on these 3 tests which are as follows: (a) Citizenship of parents (One of the parents must be a valid Thornreach citizen who shall also again undergo these 3 tests) (b) Land where the citizen was born (The person must be born in Thornreach to pass this test. Special exemptions may apply if the person passes the other 2 tests) (c) Contribution of the citizen to Thornreach (The citizen must have completed their schooling or worked for at least 5 years in both cases to pass this test) [II] A resident of Thornreach will be considered as Thornreach's citizen if they pass at least 2 of the 3 tests highlighted in [I] [III] Only citizens of Thornreach may avail government services. [IV] Residents who are not citizens may not avail government services of any kind unless it is one of the basic neccessities of life as mentioned below: (a) Water (no extra charges for residents) (b) Food (Extra charges as applicable) (c) Healthcare (Extra charges as applicable) If the resident does not pay extra charges, they will be liable to the justice system subject to local laws. [IV] Only people who are citizens of Thornreach may be allowed to participate in political life. Non-citizens who knowingly mislead government officials from verifying their citizenship status will be dealt by the ICB and the Immigration Bureau.
