[I] The constitution hereby declares a party to be "liberal" if it has any of the following core pillars: (a) Any party who supports wealth redistribution. (b) Any party who supports worker rights. (c) Any party who supports multi-culturalism (with an exception that if the other core pillars of the party are, say, "conservative", they shall be not classified in this category.) [II] The constitution hereby declares a party to be "conservative" if it any of the following core pillars: (a) Supports business growth (b) Supports military. (c) Supports strong leadership. [III] If any of the parties have conflicting values, then the party with the most "conservative" policies (i.e., 3 conservative pillars) and vice versa will be considered as a "conservative" party and "liberal" party respectively. [IV] If [III] point is not applicable to a party, then they shall be considered as "undecided". [V] The constitution hereby proclaims how the National Assembly and the Cabinet Formation can be handled. a) Any party can gain majority by the will of the people in the National Assembly. b) Only conservative parties may occupy the position of Prime Minister. c) Undecided parties and liberal parties continue to have the right to hold any other position of the Cabinet. [VI] In case of any law violating [V], any party reserves the right to take the matter to the Court.
