Rationale

This will decrease taxes and relieve stress on the citizens. We will decrease spending in some areas to allow the increase spending mainly in housing and other sectors. This budget will relieve citizens and further more boost the economy. We have significantly reduced debt in our span of governing and will continue to do so but slightly less in order to put citizens first.
