We the people of Sekuntomia do hereby establish this Constitution.
Name of the State
Art. I
The state shall be known commonly as Sekuntomia.

This Constitution may be amended only by a supermajority vote of
greater than two thirds of all seats of the Parliament

No amendment shall take effect within 2 years of any previous amendment, nor may any amendment be proposed while another remains under debate.✏️

Suffrage
Art. IV
The President🔒 shall be directly elected by the people every 48 months. The candidate with the most votes wins. The Parliament may call a vote of no confidence in the President, requiring 75% of those voting to pass. A bill that has passed the legislatures fails if the President's party votes against it, abstention counting as a pass.✏️

Art. V
The The Crown of Sekuntomia is a hereditary monarchy. The throne passes by nomination and selection when vacant, with the holder serving for life unless they abdicate.
The throne is currently held by King Finn I, House of Moore.

Art. VI
The Supreme Court of Sekuntomia shall be the final arbiter of the law of Sekuntomia. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Sekuntomia, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal.
