Rationale

Employment of minors at 16 is something as a developed nation Saxenheim should put behind and thats why we are proposing to raise the legal work age to 18. And with corporations denying people without any experience we should place better rights on gig workers who are either youth or artisans.

Proposed Changes

1

Child Labour Law
Previous law
Employment permitted from age 16 with restrictions; no work under 16
No employment of any kind until age 18

2

Gig Economy & Platform Workers
Previous law
Basic protections (minimum pay, accident insurance) for gig workers
Gig workers classified as employees with full rights (sick pay, holiday, pensions)
