The Union of San Cordova shall recognize no mandatory retirement age. Every able-bodied citizen shall retain the right and responsibility to remain employed until they are physically incapable of continuing their chosen occupation. No law, regulation, government agency, or public authority shall establish, impose, or enforce a mandatory retirement age for citizens or private-sector workers. The existing retirement policy shall remain in force and shall not be reduced, suspended, repealed, or replaced by ordinary legislation.

The Union of San Cordova shall be founded upon private property, free enterprise, voluntary exchange, competition, and individual economic liberty, and these principles shall have constitutional protection.
The government shall not impose new regulations, licensing requirements, production limits, price controls, or other restrictions on AI development, banking and financial services, arms exports, automation, fossil-fuel extraction, or vehicle emissions, except where necessary to prevent force, fraud, or theft.
Existing laws governing these industries shall remain in force and shall not be amended, repealed, expanded, or replaced for the purpose of increasing government regulation or control.
The government shall not establish compulsory welfare, wealth-redistribution, or income-transfer programs. No person shall have a constitutional entitlement to government-provided income or economic support.
Government regulation of private economic activity shall otherwise be prohibited.
Any law, regulation, or government action inconsistent with this Amendment shall be unconstitutional and void.
