Union Commercialization and Reorganization Act

Rationale
This bill will transfer internal duties of government to the regional and local governments of the Union of San Cordova increasing local control over monetary affairs. Any remaining duties will be transferred to the free market to ensure efficient running of domestic programs. This bill will also keep and sustain national security duties of the government to ensure a safe Union of San Cordova.
