Freedom of Alcohol Consumption of 2012
Rationale
Since alcohol and clubs are a central thing in society and the individual freedom is inportant, the drinking age shoudl be lowered to 18 years and public drinking shoud be illegal. Drinking connects and is part of culture. And legalising drinking to 18 would decrease illegal rates and numbres.
