Youth United in Diversity Act of 2014
Rationale
We should ensure that any reason to exclude others is removed from our state institutions. National anthems and religious classes are yet another event in which minorities can, and in our experience, will be targeted. Our youth, and our minorities, deserve safe spaces to grow up, and we must help.
