Labour and Pension Rights Reform Package of 2014
Rationale
Despite workers' rights being an important sign of the development of a nation, it is also true that running an enterprise is more costly due to an aging workforce. This bill hopes to achieve a balance between enterprises' ability to operate and the rights of the worker, especially those of the old.
