“People have a right to hold arms to ensure an authoritarian government cannot take power, obviously the CC does not like the idea of being opposed by the people”

“While we have collaborated on some matters, this is something that is baffling, as it infringes basic rights of people, someting the CC champions, in its own view. The Collective refuses to improve the standard of our feeble police and justice force, and now aims to strip the people of a tool they can use to deter robberies and burglaries. Now some CC MPA will argue that it is the job of Police to respond and manage such threats but this same CC and its coalition have dismantled the Police from a respectable force to a laughable stock, which will be unable to respond to any threat. It is something the NML will oppose, even if alone, and come what may will never support. Who will defend the streets and who will give the people a sense of security. We can not and will not allow this Nation to trot down to it's demise.”
