Protect our children act of 2012
Rationale
We should not expose our chidren to dangerous side of internet. Current policy is very weak and does not reflect enough on internet safety for our citizens. Why would anyone allow hapening semi-illegal or doubtful stuff online, when it would be never approved offline?!
