Progressive Police Prioritization Reform of 2009
Rationale
Current policing prioritizes prevention over high-impact crimes, leaving communities vulnerable to serious threats. A balanced approach, with strong crackdowns to weed out organized crime, along with community-based prevention for youth/non-serious crimes is our greatest need.
