Rationale

It is insane to think that alcohol and cigarettes, substances which are equally as harmful as marijuana, are legal and regulated, yet we continue to punish people for smoking a joint. We must legalize this substance, so we can regulate what can be put in marijuana recreationally, and tax it.

Proposed Changes

1

Marijuana Policy
Previous law
Medical-only (prescription/caregiver card; licensed dispensaries)
