Rationale

Having immigration quotas separate families at the border, and having only one official language creates a barrier for people to integrate into our society. We have to rectify these barriers in order to foster equality and acceptance.

Proposed Changes

1

Official Language Policy
Previous law
Single official language for all official documents and courts
No official language (agencies choose service languages pragmatically)

2

Immigration Quota Policy
Previous law
Annual quotas with caps
No quotas, open immigration
