Dignity of Life Act of 2010
Rationale
Current law excludes many suffering from chronic conditions; expanding access ensures dignity and autonomy for all, reducing prolonged distress. The dignity of an individual's existence must be honored, and in cases of extremely painful chronic diseases, the right-to-die must be held sacrosanct.
