Rationale

Marianne leads only about 1,7% of the global tech advancements. Those numbers themselves show how we are falling behind in tech. With controlled AI advancements and a pro innovation governement, we can change this. A more modern society aswel as some, restricted AI surveillance we can ensure safety.
