Industrial Pollution Liability Reform of 2023
Rationale
Strengthening penalties deters illegal industrial pollution, protecting public health and water supplies from irreversible damage. Moreover, we hope for a yes from Renaissance and Liquid Democrats as these parties have voted no on our last proposal just because of the carbon tax.
