Essential Services Act of 2018
Rationale
To protect the functioning of our nation, this proposal will reserve the right to strike for employees working in "essential services." These services include but are not limited to police, medical, airline, and railway work. In its place, the Ducal Essential Services Unions will arbitrate disputes.
