Fjordheim Community Safety and Trust Act of 2023
Rationale
Safety and force aren't the same. This bill disarms routine policing, tightens civilian firearm licensing, replaces internal review with a civilian board that can remove and prosecute abusers, and gives citizens the right to their own body-cam footage. Trust over force.
