“We support firm consequences for repeat offenders, but mandatory minimum sentences can remove judges’ ability to consider the individual circumstances of each case. Case-by-case sentencing allows punishment to remain proportionate while still protecting the public.”

“We deeply believe in the rule of law. The independence of the magistrature and legalistic function should be respected strictly. Imposing sentences is the political side overlapsing over justice. We also hold that case by case ruling is the most humane way to deal with justice, as flexibility and nuance are much required when it comes to the law and it's application. Thanks to the low corruption in Drumagh, and the highly qualified magistrates, it is absolutely not a bad policy to upholds ! That is what we believe at the RRU.”

“Putting an end to liberal laxity and case-by-case discretion to impose automatic mandatory minimum sentences guarantees firm deterrence. Faced with the delinquency that is eating away at bourgeois society, popular justice does not compromise: it strikes hard and protects the working masses from those who undermine collective security. Even though this proposal comes from our rivals of Centralist Unity, penal firmness and relentless discipline transcend tactical divergences when it comes to eradicating recidivism. A strong state and social order are not negotiable, they are enforced through strict and predictable sanctions. This is a necessary step toward proletarian discipline!”
