“We do not have a positive opinion towards ID Cards, while we do support Article 2 . We view that the establishment of a voluntary ID Card would put the livelihoods of Drugham Citizens at risk should the government be hacked or a similar event to happen, we view this as unnecessary risk that is placed among the citizen.”
