“Drumagh’s People’s Wing votes NO.We believe in protecting individual freedom while keeping sensible regulations that protect society. Justice should focus on rehabilitation alongside fair punishment, giving people a genuine chance to reform rather than relying on punishment alone.”

“Restricting psychedelics to medical and supervised use puts an end to capitalist commercial laxism that commodifies the health of the masses for the benefit of private interests. Furthermore, a punishment-focused sentencing regime centered on accountability and firmness addresses the imperative of public order and the protection of working communities against crime and social scourges. We firmly support the authority of the state to discipline society and preserve the revolutionary morality of the people.”

“We do not support punitive nor rehabilitative justice. We are strictly legalist and believe a middle ground option is better. A punitive justice isn't dissuasive, and a rehabilitative justice sometimes lacks efficiency. Therefore, we can not support this bill due to it's one-sided approach.”
