We the people of Drumagh do hereby establish this Constitution.
Name of the State
Art. I
The state shall be known commonly as Drumagh.

This Constitution may be amended only by a supermajority vote of
greater than two thirds of all seats of the First Council of Ministers
and greater than two thirds of all seats of the The People’s Assembly
.
No amendment shall take effect within 2 years of any previous amendment, nor may any amendment be proposed while another remains under debate.✏️

Suffrage
Art. IV
The First Citizen🔒 shall be directly elected by the people every 6 months. The candidate with the most votes wins. The The People’s Assembly may call a vote of no confidence in the First Citizen, requiring 75% of those voting to pass. A bill that has passed the legislatures fails if the First Citizen's party votes against it, abstention counting as a pass.✏️

Art. V
Drumagh does not have a monarchy.

Art. VI
The Supreme Court of Drumagh shall be the final arbiter of the law of Drumagh. Any party may appeal to it on the ground that a law in force is unconstitutional, that a cabinet member or the holder of an elected office is acting illegally, or that a constitutional amendment is invalid. The Court shall hear the parties of Drumagh, and its justices shall rule by majority. Its rulings take direct effect and are not subject to appeal.

The following powers shall be reserved for independent officials, administered by permanent non-partisan civil servants:All powers shall be assigned to cabinet members and none shall be held by civil servants.

Article XVI: Every citizen and resident of Drumagh is guaranteed the following inviolable rights:
Article XVII : Every individual has the inherent right to life, liberty, and physical integrity. Arbitrary detention, torture, or cruel and unusual punishment are strictly prohibited.
Article XVIII : All persons hold the right to freely express opinions, assemble peacefully, publish ideas, and practice any religion or belief system without state interference or censorship.
Article XIX: Person, home, papers, and digital communications are secure against unreasonable search and seizure. Search warrants require judicial approval based on probable cause.
Article XX: Discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, ethnicity, or social background is forbidden. All individuals are equal before the law and entitled to equal protection.
Article XXI: Every citizen is guaranteed a fair, public, and speedy trial by an independent judicial body, alongside the right to legal counsel and the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
Article XXII : Every Working Citizen, wether lower class or upper class, has the right to have two weeks of paid leave minimum
Article XXIII : Any Party or Activist that Claims, or do the acts of being Suprem@cist, F@cist, National Soci@list, St@linist, or following the Juche Ideology, Will be severely punished, depending on the Gravity
Article XXIV : Any Frauded or Modified Election by any party or activist will see his features suspended for 2 Months, depending on the gravity
Article XXV : Any Citzen in Drumagh has the Right to privacy, right to think, right to speech, right to deletion, right to security, and right to expression and communication
Article XXVI : Any force, activist, or Party that is Unconsitutional, may be suspended from any elections and any events, untill the party, force or activist changes structure, and promises to not do it anymore, The Second time will be an Consitutional definitive ban
