“We love the tax cuts but are worried about the increase in spending for environment and the arts”
National Economic Development Budget
Proposed by Centralist Unity · Passed 22 Dec 2022
Rationale
The current state of affairs in Drumagh demand the end of Maoist fiscal policy. Thus, we propose the NEDB. The NEDB will cut the current surplus in order to increase funding for infrastructure and business support, given the need for economic growth, to be fostered by the integration of national markets and easening of logistics in Drumagh and to exports, and the support necessary for business to restablish themselves after Maoist chaos. Furthermore, tax cuts will serve to easen the lifes of Drumagh's citizens on this crucial moment, boosting consume and possibilities. The restoration of funding for all sectors will also serve to restore Drumagh's capabilities, protect itself and its natural wealth, and restore national cohesion through the fostering of national culture and art.
