“We would say, yes, but also say that it doesn't go far enough to protect renters from unfair increases.If inflation goes down, this bill would allow landlords to raise their rent to an astronomical level.And then how are you going to cap it?If inflation goes up again? We say yes , but we also move that it doesn't do enough , but it provides a decent framework to begin working on something that will help all renters in our country.”
