The Constitution establishes Charlemont as a nation committed to economic growth and officially prohibits any regulation or law that would unduly restrict business activity or economic growth. Any existing law that violates this Article shall be deemed unconstitutional and shall have no legal effect. This Article applies only to businesses operating lawfully under the laws of Charlemont. Anyone who proposes a law that goes against this article is acting illegally and unconstitutionally.
