We find that we must protect the people’s free speech. As it a necessity in a democracy such as this. So therefore A. Nobody shall be arrested for protesting unless it puts somebody or their property in severe danger. B. Nobody shall be arrested for their speech unless they purposely harm or intend to damage someone’s reputation falsely. C. Part B is goes for all forms of speech including verbal and written language. D.All forms of extreme speech and other forms of speech shall be protected unless it puts somebody or their property in serious danger.
