All people who are accused of a crime can not go through double jeopardy. A proficient lawyer shall be assigned to the accused if the accused opt to use a public lawyer. It is illegal to lie under oath. All witnesses shall be granted protection if deemed necessary. It is illegal to bribe judges or witnesses or lawyers. It shall also be illegal to intimidate a witness ,judge or lawyer. No person shall be immune from being prosecuted. To be prosecuted a proper report from a citizen or police officer should be filed. Judges shall be picked based on availability or if both sides agree to a certain judge that has a reasonable amount of time to have their case. No person shall be in jail waiting for trial for more than 6 months. A reasonable bail shall be allowed.
