Rationale

This budget prepares us for Operation Blue Storm, an approaching war. It does this by increasing military spending and business support to make sure the operation is a success and we avoid an economic shock. While also cutting expenses on Education (we already have a huge education spending, Arts, and Environment to avoid a deficit.

Figures show the previous budget where they changed the new value.
