Youth Employment Standards Pact of 2017
Rationale
Allowing employment from 16 years of age with protections helps teens gain work experience and helps them understand money while ensuring child labor under 16 remains strictly prohibited. This pact also helps struggling families with low income by allowing teens to put money into the family budget.
