Vehicle Emissions Standards Reform of 2017
Rationale
The current lack of emissions standards harms public health and air quality. Gradual limits on new vehicles would reduce pollution while allowing industry adaptation. This would also reduce the cost of owning and running a car by having fewer components that can malfunction.
