Rationale

This bill strengthens responsible freedom. Citizenship will require 5 years of residence to ensure genuine integration and community trust. A youth curfew from 22:00 to 5:00, with clear exceptions, protects minors. Independent media funding will expand to safeguard pluralism and democratic debate
